In the scheduling thread, I see lots of requests to play that would be "out of sequence". What I mean is, people trying to play games from week 3 when they're not done (or their opponent is not done) with week 2. Should that be happening? Seems to fly in the face of the player rest rules....

it is your job to keep track of when your player rests and such......example chan ho park on my team....threw in game #4 1.0 innings and i played that game before playing game #2 where he threw 2.0 innings (knowing he could only throw 2 innings per rest rules)....
i have a sheet simple and easy to keep track if you want it ill send you it so you can print it off...it just has a name column followed by a column for each game (1-36).....i write down who plays where and pinch hitters and keep track of my pitchers that way too writing down their innings and if a player needs to rest....i highlight that game box so i dont play him.....

Main set these rules and said he would put up a sheet for us to track them, and hasn't yet. I am guessing he will sometime?

All you have to do is remember that starters can't play 10 in a row and a reliever can't pitch in consecutive games if they threw more than 2 innings. Playing up a game or two shouldn't be a problem.

seems to be though, each year 70+% of the teams have suspensions, and guys who don't make the playoffs never get punished...

but you don't punish teams who don't make the playoffs, thats what I mean. So if a team beats me out of the last game of the year to MAKE the playoffs by using guys he shouldn't, then that hurts ME. Just saying, i know i have broken it a few times, just using it as an example.
