Rule #1 - ALWAYS include times in the first post. NEVER make a first post that just says "When can you play". I expect to see the words "I can play at..."
Rule #2 - Start early, don't wait until a day after a week opens up to START scheduling. There is nothing stopping you from posting about week 12 during week 11. Or even week 13 during week 11 for that matter.
Rule #3 - If you can play day 1 or day 2, and your opponent can play day 1 or day 2... don't just settle on day 2... I see it way too often. If you can both play at an earlier time, do it and get it out of the way so the league can advance sooner.
Rule #4 - If something comes up and you're going to miss a scheduled game time, hop on and post so the other person isn't left waiting.
Rule #5 - If you schedule a game through AIM or by other means than the forum... post what time you are playing in a scheduling thread for everyone to see. This helps Niko when determining deadlines/advance times and shows that you are in fact putting effort into scheduling, which could prevent your game from getting simmed.
That is all for now... I'll add if I think of more.

If your going out of town on vacation, FIND a sub, don't leave it up to your opponent, just find a sub that can post and play for you while you are away. Makes things smoother and easier. Less sims is alot less work for NIKO! Im my eyes, we shouldn't be simming any NON PLAYED games, we should only sim the disconnect games they replay.
