I'm only listing the teams in the playoffs, as their the only ones who'll be effected. Player suspensions will be decided based on who I feel most severely broke the rules to whome least severely broke the rules
I know some of you had games simmed or didn't have all your games played, but the players listed did play at least 8 straight games even without those sim games included.
Atlanta Braves: [5 players, 27 games, 41 innings]
~ Hudson (SP) - pitched games 5 & 7 [17 innings]
~ Hampton (SP) - pitched games 3 & 4 [14 innings]
~ Kotsay - Only sat in game 1 [11 straight starts]
~ Jones - only sat in game 3 [9 straight starts]
~ Francoeur - only sat in game 3 [9 straight starts]
Boston Redsox: [8 players, 65 games, 31 innings]
~ Wakefield (SP) - pitched games 8 & 10 [15 innings]
~ Matsuzaka (SP) - pitched games 9 & 11 [16 innings]

~ Lowell - Didn't sit any games [12 straight]
~ Drew - Didn't sit until game 12 [11 straight]
~ Varitek - Didn't sit until game 11 [10 straight]
~ Lugo - Didn't sit until game 12 [11 straight]
Cleveland Indians:
~~~~RESTED ALL PITCHERS PROPERLY~~~~
In addition, I personally was the only team that I checked that 100% followed the rule. Sparazza (Dodgers) only made 1 mistake with a relieving pitcher. Maybe me & him were the only one's who absolutely understood the rule or actually bothered to pay attention and follow it
Angels was excused as half his games were already played and were all over the place, and he tried his best to follow the rule
chicago, colorado, & seattle i didn't do because they were out of playoffs
