DISCIPLINARY PROCESS
Disciplinary process is to be decided by a commissioner. The commissioners decision is final. If a commish feels it necessary they will put a vote up on a rule change or on the issue at hand for the league to decide, but in the end the commissioners ruling is final.
If 2 owners have a disagreement the game must be played out than discussed on AIM, than brought to a commish if the issue is not resolved. Do not bring your problems on the forums, all they do is make you and the league look bad, and you have people weighing in with their opinion who than get involved in an issue that wasn't theirs to begin with.
Penalties will be player suspensions. It is up to the commish to decide the player and the length of time. When a suspension or warning is handed out the issue is archived, the commissioner will try his best to follow the trend of what he's done in the past in similar situations to the current issue. No person is considered higher or better than anybody else, this includes commissioners, and all will be treated in the same fashion with the same penalty if the situation is the same.
If you have an issue with a commissioner there are other commissioners. AIM another one, and he will handle your issue and will not be partial because a commish is involved. The judgment will be the same as if he was just another owner in the league.
