Come back players of the year I think should be Vince Young since he hadn't played in two whole years and Calvin Johnson after the severe concussion that ended his season early

Cutler for MVPWith the regular season over, Bears Director of Marketing/PR has released the following press release: When was that last time you saw the Leagues MVP not take his team to the playoffs...In the great words of Katt Williams "Don't worry I'll wait....NOT NEVER". In recent days alot of the NFC MVP talk and also League MVP talk has put Jay Cutler up against the Seahawks Jack Scott. So the questions is who is more deserving of MVP honors...well lets take a look at something besides numbers to start. 1. Jake Scott and the Seahawks are done for the year while the Bears still keep hope alive of bringing the Lombardi Trophy to Chicago once again. I don't think that an player has been awarded MVP honors while not also taking his team to a playoff game. 2. Jake Scott has alot more talent surrounding him than Jay Cutler. Scott has Megatron (97 Ovr), T.J. Housyamama (91 ovr) and X. Hewitt (81 ovr)...all have better overall ratings than the Bears TOP Receiver Devin Hester (80). Cutler's remaining WR weapons are Audrada (75 ovr), Knox (73 Ovr) and Crusoe (72OVr). Now to the numbers: Cutler has broken the NFL season single QB Rating mark that was previously held by Peyton Manning. Cutler's QB rating is 126.29. Manning's rating was at 121. Cutler has 42 TDs (1st in League or possible tied with Scoot), 16 Ints (Best TD-Int ratio in league), 3,760 yards passing. Culter has put up these numbers with 208 LESS ATTEMPTS than Scott. In fact, Cutler is more so middle of the pack when it comes to pass attempts in the league. Prior to all games being completed for week 17, Cutler was 11 in completions, and 16 in attempts. So Cutler was not even at the top in passing attempts and completions yet he put up the best pass TD and Int numbers and is top 5 in yards. Lets assume for a second that Cutler put up the same attempts that Scott did...results are 68 TDs, 25 Ints, 6189 yards passing all on 359 completions. Recent Quote from Seahawks Owner:As you can see, I say Scott would be the MVP and OPOY because of his clear numbers, throws the ball more and has a less ratio of interceptions than any QB in the league, not to mention 1000 more yards, and 100+ completions than any QB in the league, he also won the head to head vs Cutler by a LARGE margin, stats and the game. Unless something went south for him , or 10 td game from Cutler, I really dont see that changing. ALSO....From the stats and records, Scott plays in a tougher division, along with a touger DEFENSIVE division . 1. Scott did win the only head to head match between the two this year. Cutler did have a good performing game but the game came down to the Bears defense giving up big plays which 2 of those were screen passes to Joker Jones; 1 for 61 yards and 1 for 74 yards. 2. Well something did go South...over the last 2 games Scott threw 12 ints. Now Cutler did not have great games either but was able to help the Bears get the win they needed to win the NFC North for the 4th straight year. 3. Scott does play in a tougher division from a record standpoint than Cutler BUT...it just so happened that the Bears faced off against every NFC West team this year. The result was win against the defending Super Bowl Champion Cardinals, win against the 49ers at their place, and win against the Bears. So against on of the leagues toughest divisions the Bears went 3-1 and the game they did lose to the Seahawks was by 7. Quarterback is the most important position in football and this year Cutler was above all passers. And by the way this is all in fun...I think Cutler deserves to be MVP and I'm making an argument for him. Want to at least win something before this leage is done

Devin Hester for NFC Special Teams POY
Hester finished with 73 Kick Returns: Result is league lead in Kick return yards with (2,758) and league lead in kick return Tds (5).
No need to say anything more...Argument finished. LOL

I think its a no brainer that Cutler > Scott. 1) Less ints 2) less attempts, but equal # of tds 3) scott may have more yards, but yards aren't as important as TDs, INTs 4) Bears = playoffs ... Seahags = prepping for draft. MVPs come from winning teams. Plus those INTs for Scott says that he's the reason his team would be losing games, not the reason they are winning.

Special teams
Felix Jones 25 less kick returns... Only 1 less TD than Hester... Also, felix avg 1 td ret for every 12 chances, Hester avg 1 td ret for every 15...
Also, Felix avg 22 yds per punt ret and had 1 td...

Also, it's special teams... this is a pretty intense argument for KR/PR men, haha.
